On-Device Processing
ExifShield processes all photos entirely on your device. No image data, metadata, or personal information is ever uploaded to any server or transmitted over the network. All EXIF reading and metadata removal happens locally using iOS built-in frameworks.
Photo Library Access
ExifShield requires access to your photo library to scan and remove metadata from your photos. This access is used solely for displaying EXIF information and creating cleaned copies of your photos. We never read, store, or transmit your photos or their contents.
Data Collection
ExifShield does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporting tool, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Your privacy is the core purpose of this app.
Purchases & Subscriptions
ExifShield is a one-time purchase with no subscriptions. Your purchase is processed by Apple via StoreKit and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store any payment information.
